
Robert L Dluge, Jr.
Robert L. Dluge Jr., was born in Danville, Pennsylvania, on January 10, 1950, to Robert L. Dluge, Sr. and Bernice M. Dluge. He has been a resident of the Elysburg area his entire adult life and was educated in the public schools of Ralpho Township (now Southern Columbia Area) and Shamokin Area. He graduated from Lycoming College in 1971 with a B.A. degree in Political Science and Pre-law, did post-graduate work at Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania in business and accounting, and graduated from the Widener University School of Law with a Juris Doctor degree in 1975.

Robert L. Dluge, Jr., is self-employed as an Attorney at Law, in private practice since 1976, and practices civil law with concentration in the areas of estates, estate planning, business and personal planning, real estate and family law. He is member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association of which he is a past officer, Committee Chair and Zone Governor of the Young Lawyer's Division. He is also a member of the Northumberland County Bar Association where he is a past President and a past Director.
